Daily Routines
Here you will find information about the normal weekly events of the school.
Pre-School (ages 3 & 4)
The Pre-School is open 8.00am - 2.00pm
Family Room (after-school care) is open 2.00pm – 5.00pm
Junior School (Years 1 – 3)
The Junior School commences at 8.40am and finishes at 3.00pm
Family Room (after-school care) is open 2.00pm – 5.00pm
Junior Assembly is held on Friday at 2.15pm Parents are very welcome.
Girls’ and Boys’ Prep Schools (Years 4 – 8)
The Preparatory Schools commence at 8.35am and finish at 3.30pm each day except Thursday (4.00pm)
Timetable There are six forty-five minute periods in a day.

Prep Room
Prep School pupils remaining after 3.50pm on any day report to the Prep. Room, but must be collected by 5.00pm.
Chapel
Combined (Boys' & Girls' School): Monday 8.40am & Friday 2.55pm
Girls’ School: Tuesday 8.40am
Boys’ School: Wednesday 8.40am
Assembly: Monday 2.30pm
Cathedral Chorister Rehearsals: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday at 8.00am
Chapel Choir Practices:
Girls: Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 8.00am
Boys: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday at 8.00am
Entry into the choirs is by means of a Training Choir. Boys’ Training Choir Mondays, 12.35 – 12.45pm, Girls’ Training Choir Wednesdays, 12.35 – 12.45pm.
Voice for Life Training (ribbons) for Girls’ Choir and Cathedral Choristers: Wednesdays, 12.50 – 1.25pm
Orchestra: Practice Thursday 12.45pm
Games:
Girls: Tuesday 1.25pm - 3.30pm.
Boys: Thursday 2.00pm - 4.00pm
(If wet weather, pupils work in classes instead of sport.) There may be one or more other training days, 3.30pm - 4.30pm.
Board of Senior Students (BOSS): The Heads of School and elected Year 8 Representatives meet regularly with the Headmaster to discuss issues that are brought forward from the Year 8 leadership meetings. The Year 8 classes meet regularly with their respective Head of Prep School to discuss leadership and any general issues that are relevant to pupils and which have been brought forward from the Houses.
